What is the minimum quantity for collaboration?
We work with retailers of all sizes – from small specialist shops to large distributors. The minimum order quantity depends on the product and the desired cube size. Just drop us a line about your plans, and we'll find the right solution together.
How does a private label project work with you?
In three steps: First, we discuss your requirements regarding quantity, cube size, and packaging. Then, you submit your own graphic design, which we print on our quality packaging. After approval, we start production – you receive your own premium-quality charcoal brand.
How quickly can you deliver?
For standard orders within Germany, we usually deliver within 2–5 business days after order receipt. For private label projects or bulk orders, we agree on the delivery date individually – usually between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on quantity and specification.
Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes. We already supply retailers and partners in 12 European countries. Whether Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, or further afield – just contact us, and we'll clarify shipping and conditions for your country.
What are the payment terms for retailers?
